Bad Segeberg is situated in the heart of "Holstein's Switzerland", 30km from Lübeck, 46km from Kiel and 52km from Hamburg. The Baltic coast and Hansa-Park theme park in Sierksdorf are also nearby (40km). The Plön lakes (41km) are ideal for cycling tours and other leisure activities.
