In Friedrichshafen the focus is on sport and leisure exhibitions as well as specialised trade fairs such as OutDoor, EUROBIKE, INTERBOOT and FAKUMA, all large trade gatherings. 15 to 20 trade fairs and exhibitions take place every year, with a total of around 6,000 exhibiting companies. Every September the international cycling trade fair EUROBIKE is held in Friedrichshafen. In a total area of 70,000m², 45,000 visitors come to see the latest in bikes, sports clothing, accessories, maintenance equipment and storage solutions. A number of the exhibition days are reserved exclusively for trade visitors.FAKUMA
FAKUMA is the international flagship trade fair for plastic processing, showcasing plastic products and plastic processing machinery, moulds and moulding machines, and all kinds of materials including auxiliary materials, raw materials and synthetics. Every October around 35,000 people visit 1,200 exhibitors in around 63,000m² of exhibition space. INTERBOOT
INTERBOOT is one of the three largest boat shows in Germany. The exhibition lasts for nine days, during which around 100,000 visitors come to see the latest in luxury yachts, motorboats, sailboats, clothing and accessories as well as surfing and diving gear. Every year more than 550 exhibitors from around 15 countries market their wares at this exhibition which covers an area of almost 70,000m².
