Chemnitz

In Chemnitz, the grand miners' parade marks the start of the festive season. The seasonally decorated town centre is transformed into an Erzgebirge winter wonderland with its five-storey Christmas pyramid, traditional festive arch, giant musical box and medieval market. Enjoy the traditional local craftwork, regional specialities, yuletide treats and gift ideas at 200 stalls.
