Christmas in Weimar brings joy to the hearts of young and old: Discover the UNESCO World Heritage town, once home to Goethe, Schiller and Bach, at its most magical. Christmas carols and seasonal music ring out everywhere. A stroll through shops and stalls will reveal traditional Christmas decorations from the Erzgebirge mountains, glass ornaments from Lauscha, wooden toys and an array of Thuringian culinary specialities.
