Friedrichshafen on the shores of Lake Constance is home to a delightful Christmas market with around 70 stands. With such a wide range of gift ideas and superb food and drink, you won't want to leave. Right outside the Church of St. Nicholas, the true meaning of Christmas is brought to life in a Nativity scene with real animals. You can also enjoy a variety of heart-warming, festive music on stage. The Christmas market is just five minutes from the terminal for ferries to Romanshorn in Switzerland - you could plan to go there beforehand as well.
