Festive fun on the ice rink
Stroll around Kiel’s Christmas market in Holstenstrasse and on Alter Markt square for a yuletide trip to remember. Fill up with seasonal fare at the traditional punch and food booths and find wonderful Christmas gifts from the craft stalls. You can even go ice-skating and curling on the huge ice rink (750m²) in the town hall square. A Ferris wheel offers stunning views across the Kiel Firth and there is Christmas music at festive concerts in the town.
