Heide

Heide's is one of the loveliest Christmas markets in northern Germany, according to a popular North German television programme. Who can resist the fabulous displays on the stalls and the delicious food and drink? The hot, spicy glühwein served in blue ceramic beakers is especially popular. Father Christmas drops by on Sundays and a colourful events programme keeps everyone entertained.
