Kiel

Soak up the festive atmosphere as you stroll around the Kiel Christmas market in Holstenstrasse and on Alter Markt square. Fill up with festive fare at the traditional punch and food booths or find the perfect Christmas gifts from the craft stalls. You can even try ice-skating or curling on the town hall square's huge ice rink (750m2). A Ferris wheel offers splendid views across Kiel Firth, while music lovers will enjoy the array of festive concerts.
