Bad Tölz

Bad Tölz's romantically lit and historical Marktstrasse is the ideal place to find yourself in the run-up to Christmas. At festively lit stalls you can watch artists and craftsmen at work - chocolatiers for instance - and sample yuletide offerings such as "tree cakes", baked apples and hot chestnuts. To set the Christmas mood, the Bad Tölz boys' choir sings in churches and at the spa assembly rooms. Don't miss the lovingly designed Nativity scenes.
