Bad Wimpfen

Bad Wimpfen's traditional German Christmas Market - one of the oldest in Germany - is held in the romantic setting of the historic old quarter. Kaiser Friedrich III granted the town the privilege of holding a Christmas market in 1487. Enjoy the trumpet chorales from the Blue Tower, Christmas choirs and bands, the exhibition of Nativity scenes and much more, or join the nightwatchmen and town guides in historical costume on a romantic tour of discovery.
