Mamma Mia! - The Abba Musical

After entertaining audiences in Hamburg and Stuttgart the successful musical Mamma Mia by Benny Anderson and Björn Ulvaeus is now playing in Essen. Breaking all records in London, the musical with the ABBA hits was equally successful in New York, Toronto, Los Angeles and Melbourne.

For the premiere, the traditional Operetta - House located at the Reeperbahn presented itself as an exclusive venue.

Rich with fascinating ideas and lots of humour, Mamma Mia combines the Abba songs into an entertaining storyline: it's about the courage to fulfil dreams, about love, friendship and family but also about confronting the past.
