Throughout the course, the qualified facilitators will show you how to reach your limits. At the end of the high ropes session, you can say: "I made it - now I know, that I am capable of more." Optimal safety equipment is provided including helmet and belt. Missteps are no danger. A high rope course requires average physical condition and no previous experience.
