Mobility on the Baltic Coast

Grömitz, a spa resort on the Baltic coast, is an ideal place for people with disabilities to visit. For example, the new spa promenade is now easier to walk along with no steps to tackle. On the North Beach there is also a low 40m-long bathing platform leading into the water, enabling disabled visitors to enjoy a swim in the Baltic Sea. These and other disabled facilities including wider paths through the spa gardens are helping to improve the quality of seaside holidays.
