Sport with panoramic views - NORDIC FITNESS PARK AHR RHEIN EIFEL

Europe’s largest continuously expanding Nordic fitness park, the NORDIC FITNESS PARK AHR RHEIN EIFEL, consists of 14 different courses with an overall trail distance of approximately 1,000 km. The eastern limit is defined by the banks of the Rhine with the Arenfels Palace and the pristine landscape of the Laacher Seetal nature reserve with the renowned Maria Laach monastery. The base park in the Ahrtal hiking area enchants with its health resorts and little timber framework villages situated between the vineyards. To the
south, the trails around the Nürburgring offer the unique landscape of the Vulkaneifel. The walking adventures through the various parks are complemented by an extensive offer of
training courses through the affiliated Fitness Academy. The seminars are supervised by qualified physicians.
